Resumo: In the year 2020, with the arrival of the COVID 19 pandemic, the day-to-day life of world society was changed. Most governments closed their borders and adopted quarantine measures to contain the disease, and in Brazil it was no different. With the sudden change of scenery, it became necessary for librarians to draw up plans to manage university libraries, creating guidelines for the better functioning of the place and changing the availability of their products and services. In this sense, the present work aims to seek the scientific production on the products and services of university libraries in times of the COVID-19 pandemic, discussing and analyzing the articles retrieved from the Google Scholar database, through a systematic literature review. To carry out the research, the descriptors directly related to the research objectives “University Libraries and Pandemic and Services and Products” were used, in addition to applying the date (2020 and 2021) and language (Portuguese) filters. As a result, 993 works were retrieved and evaluated and, after a thorough analysis where the abstracts, introduction and conclusion were read, 19 (nineteen) relevant articles were selected that fulfilled the pre-established criteria. Thus, it is observed that technology was more than essential to disseminate information, helping libraries to keep in touch with their users and meeting their needs.

Thus, it is observed that technology was more than essential to disseminate information, helping libraries to keep in touch with their users and meeting their needs.
