Resumo: The text approaches, at first, the concept of a ruined world seen in the work of Akira Kurosawa in connection with the thought of David Kopenawa, and also in some studies of the Western conception of hell. Furthermore, it presents the views of Anthropocene, Capitalocene, Plantationcene Chthulucene as perspectives to understand the current ecological and geological planetary conjuncture. It also seeks to construct the concept of Hell(ce)ne, as a moment of construction of hellish landscapes by human actions. Finally, it discusses the possibilities of thinking and applying environmental education methods in the context of what we call “hellcenic”. Such a context may stop, prevent or postpone the current conjuncture of destruction and violence suffered by landscapes, human beings, and other beings. The proposal is to question which environmental educations are necessary and possible in the face of contexts that we call hellish in this essay.

Más adelante presenta las nociones de Antropoceno, Capitaloceno, Plantationceno y Chthulúceno, como perspectivas para comprender la situación ecológica y geológica planetaria actual. También busca construir la concepción de Infier(ce)no, como un momento de construcción de paisajes infernales a través de acciones humanas. Finalmente, se analizan las posibilidades de pensar y realizar la educación ambiental en el contexto de lo que llamamos infernal. Tal contexto puede ser capaz de detener, prevenir o posponer la actual situación de destrucción y violencia que sufren los paisajes, tanto por parte de seres humanos como de no humanos. La propuesta es cuestionar qué educación ambiental es necesaria y posible en el contexto de lo que llamamos infernal durante el transcurso del ensayo.O texto aborda, de início, a concepção de mundo em ruínas na obra de Akira Kurosawa em diálogo com o pensamento de Davi Kopenawa, e também em alguns estudos sobre a concepção do inferno no pensamento ocidental. Adiante, apresenta as noções de Antropoceno, Capitaloceno, Plantationceno e Chthuluceno, como perspectivas para entender a atual conjuntura ecológica e geológica planetária. Busca ainda construir a concepção de Infer(ce)no, como um momento de construção de paisagens infernais pelas ações humanas. Finalmente, discute as possibilidades de se pensar e fazer educações ambientais no contexto do que chamamos de “infercênico”. Tal dimensão talvez possa barrar, impedir ou adiar a conjuntura atual de destruição e violência sofrida pelas paisagens, pelos seres humanos e não-humanos.
