Entrepreneurship is considered relevant in generating income and jobs, in addition to raising the level of innovation in the entrepreneurial ecosystem and contributing to the development of nations. In this sense, this article had the general objective of evaluating the relationship between entrepreneurship, innovation and human development from the perspective between nations. For this, secondary data from researches made available on the websites of world bodies on entrepreneurship, innovation, human development and conducted by institutions of recognized technical capacity were used. For data analysis, the application PLS-Sem was used, using structural equations to verify the validity of the hypotheses. There was a relationship between entrepreneurial skills with the entrepreneurial attitude and aspiration, the entrepreneurial attitude and the entrepreneurial aspiration with the capacity for innovation and the capacity for innovation with the global innovation index that tested its relationship with human development, all hypotheses being confirmed and concluding that entrepreneurship contributes to the development of countries. Although there are several studies on entrepreneurship and innovation, models that assess the effect on human development are still rare. Hence, the contribution of this study to the academy, in the sense that it can generate future regionalized studies with more information, which confirm or reject the hypotheses in a lower level of aggregation.
