Resumo: Nietzsche firmly dismisses the instauration of justice (Gerechtigkeit) on Earth: “we simply do not consider desirable that the kingdom of justice and concordance be founded on Earth ” (FW/GC § 377, KSA 3.628). However he calls for the instauration of a “new justice [neue Gerechtigkeit]” (FW/GC § 289, KSA 3.529), or mentions a “great justice […in der grossen Gerechtigkeit…]” (JGB/BM §213, KSA 5.147), in both cases rather enigmatically. The presentation will therefore envisage the various contexts in which justice is used by Nietzsche, with a view to examining to what extent a unified conception of justice –in its highest form- is possible.
