Resumo: The present work brings the report of my experience as a Social Worker, in the Multiprofessional Residency in Mental Health (RESMEN), of the Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB), having as a practice scenario a Psychosocial Care Center (CAPS) III. It is worth mentioning that this study constitutes a February strategic study for people with psychological objectives, whose objective is to reorient the model of assistance offered to the graves. people in mental distress. In order to seek the objectives of the posts, this study is understood as descriptive, of the type of experience report, considering this as a technique that makes it possible to describe, understand and study as articles classified in an interdisciplinary team. In this, through the practices in the scope of the multiprofessional residency, professional interventions were carried out, and, through these, it was observed how the repercussions of macrostructural movements in the device have been happening. It was identified that, from the present day, the great challenges for mental health care go back to open and community-based services, in view of the psychosocial model, with a view to the beginning of the precariousness of the service and working conditions. It is also necessary to consider the crossings related to the COVID-19 Pandemic within the scope of this occupational space. In this context, an experience reveals the importance of inserting the residence in the daily work of the SUS, and, in this context, brings contributions on a still specific performance of the social service in this context, the performance in challenges and professional possibilities in the midst of the dismantling and precariousness in Mental Health Policy.

Specialized Dentistry Group2024-03-28info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://bjihs.emnuvens.com.br/bjihs/article/view/162610.36557/2674-8169.2024v6n3p2641-2666Brazilian Journal of Implantology and Health Sciences ; Vol. 6 No. 3 (2024): BJIHS QUALIS B3; 2641-2666Brazilian Journal of Implantology and Health Sciences ; Vol. 6 Núm. 3 (2024): BJIHS QUALIS B3; 2641-2666Brazilian Journal of Implantology and Health Sciences ; v. 6 n. 3 (2024): BJIHS QUALIS B3; 2641-26662674-8169reponame:Brazilian Journal of Implantology and Health Sciencesinstname:Grupo de Odontologia Especializada (GOE)instacron:GOEporhttps://bjihs.emnuvens.com.br/bjihs/article/view/1626/1993Copyright (c) 2024 Islânia Kênia Lourenço de Azevêdo, Maria de Fátima Leite Gomeshttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessLourenço de Azevêdo, Islânia KêniaLeite Gomes, Maria de Fátima2024-03-28T19:43:08Zoai:ojs.bjihs.emnuvens.com.br:article/1626Revistahttps://bjihs.emnuvens.com.br/bjihsONGhttps://bjihs.emnuvens.com.br/bjihs/oaijournal.bjihs@periodicosbrasil.com.br2674-81692674-8169opendoar:2024-03-28T19:43:08Brazilian Journal of Implantology and Health Sciences - Grupo de Odontologia Especializada (GOE)false
