Introduction: Osteogenesis imperfecta is a systemic genetic disease of connective tissue. OI affects tissues that contain collagen, with an emphasis on bone tissue, with low bone mass os its main aspect, causing fragile bones that are susceptible to deformities and fractures. In physiotherapeutic rehabilitation treatment, the quality of life of children with this condition improves. Objective: Understand the indications and physiotherapeutic treatment of Osteogenesis Imperfecta (OI) in Pediatrics. Methodology: This is an integrative literature review research. The following databases were used: SciElo, PubMed, VHL, Books and others. Results: Regarding the research quantity, 29 articles on the topic were identified in the aforementioned databases. Subsequently, 14 articles were excluded according to the exclusion criteria adopted in the present work. Through search methods, 15 studies were identified that met the inclusion criteria. Final considerations: Hydrotherapy and the whole body vibration method show a significant improvement in the development of motor function, balance and muscle strength overall.
