  Introduction: Osteogenesis imperfecta is a genetic alteration in COLA1 or COLA2, which results in bone fragility and a high probability of fractures throughout the child's life. Physiotherapy provides some therapeutic resources that help these patients have a better quality of life. Objective: This work aims to show the importance of physiotherapy with these pediatric patients, seeing the independence of these children. Methodology: This is a non-experimental qualitative and quantitative literature review. Results: Physiotherapy offers a significant improvement in the development of these children, improving range of motion of the joints, gaining strength in the upper and lower limbs, postural re-education and gain in functionality in a post-fracture process.
