DISSATISFACTION OF PUERPERAL WOMEN ABOUT THE FIRST DELIVERY: CONTRIBUTION TO NURSING PRACTICE

This article aims to identify the insatifação of puerperal women on the first delivery. The bibliographic survey was conducted in the period of June 2023, through consultation in the following databases: Public MEDLINE, Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences (LILACS), Nursing Database (BDENF) (through the Virtual Health Library – VHL), Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), Índice Bibliográfico Español en Ciencias de la Salud (IBECS),  using the descriptors in health (DeCs), Women's Health, Normal Childbirth, Obstetric Nursing, perception, and the  MesHs were: Women's Health, Normal Childbirth, Obstetric Nursing, Perception, using the strategies of crossing the descriptors, from the Boolean operator AND and OR. In view of the above, the  study shows that the perception about the first delivery is being reported, during the parturitive experience, in a conflicting way by the primitive pregnant women, marked mainly by the violation of the protagonism and autonomy of the pregnant woman and by the disrespect to childbirth as a physiological event
