This scientific review stands out for providing a comprehensive and updated approach to therapies applied in Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). Given the complex and diverse nature of ASD, it becomes imperative to thoroughly analyze the available therapeutic strategies for a deeper and more effective understanding of this condition. The autistic spectrum encompasses a variety of symptoms and challenges, and this study aims to offer a holistic view of therapeutic practices, ranging from intensive behavioral interventions to pharmacological modalities, thus providing a comprehensive overview of the current landscape. Recognizing the heterogeneity of the autistic spectrum, the review underscores how therapeutic strategies tailored to individual patient characteristics can be fundamental in maximizing results.
