Resumo: The so-called endocrine disruptors are characterized as substances that end up interfering with the human hormonal system. The influence of these substances is based on dermatological conditions. In this context, research suggests that exposure to endocrine disruptors, present in everyday products, can trigger adverse skin reactions, such as allergies and irritations, and even develop more complex conditions. Understanding the mechanisms of these effects is important to develop prevention strategies and minimize possible risks. Objective: To understand the relationship between endocrine disruptors and the development of dermatological reactions. Results: The results analyzed indicate a correlation between exposure to endocrine disruptors and a significant increase in the prevalence of eczema, acne and other skin interventions. Furthermore, evidence suggests that these substances can interfere with the skin's hormonal regulation, contributing to imbalances that affect skin health.

Specialized Dentistry Group2024-01-25info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://bjihs.emnuvens.com.br/bjihs/article/view/133910.36557/2674-8169.2024v6n1p1841-1861Brazilian Journal of Implantology and Health Sciences ; Vol. 6 No. 1 (2024): BJIHS QUALIS B3; 1841-1861Brazilian Journal of Implantology and Health Sciences ; Vol. 6 Núm. 1 (2024): BJIHS QUALIS B3; 1841-1861Brazilian Journal of Implantology and Health Sciences ; v. 6 n. 1 (2024): BJIHS QUALIS B3; 1841-18612674-8169reponame:Brazilian Journal of Implantology and Health Sciencesinstname:Grupo de Odontologia Especializada (GOE)instacron:GOEporhttps://bjihs.emnuvens.com.br/bjihs/article/view/1339/1509Copyright (c) 2024 Kassiele Menezes Silva, Jessica Nascimento Almeida , Alice Silva Martins , Juliana Lima de Medeiros , Vinicius Castro Figueiredo Jorge, Felipe de Assis Rocha Lima , Ana Beatriz Gomes da Silva Sousa , Eduardo Costa Borges , Maryana Castro Chaves , Pedro Brenno Tavares Ernesto , Ana Lígia Duarte Viana Gadelha. , Marcela Francis Gonçalves Farinha , Maria Nazaré da Silva Pinheiro , Luciana Ferreira Brasileirohttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessSilva, Kassiele MenezesAlmeida , Jessica NascimentoMartins , Alice SilvaMedeiros , Juliana Lima deJorge, Vinicius Castro Figueiredo Lima , Felipe de Assis Rocha Sousa , Ana Beatriz Gomes da SilvaBorges , Eduardo CostaChaves , Maryana CastroErnesto , Pedro Brenno TavaresGadelha. , Ana Lígia Duarte VianaFarinha , Marcela Francis GonçalvesPinheiro , Maria Nazaré da SilvaBrasileiro, Luciana Ferreira2024-01-25T20:29:04Zoai:ojs.bjihs.emnuvens.com.br:article/1339Revistahttps://bjihs.emnuvens.com.br/bjihsONGhttps://bjihs.emnuvens.com.br/bjihs/oaijournal.bjihs@periodicosbrasil.com.br2674-81692674-8169opendoar:2024-01-25T20:29:04Brazilian Journal of Implantology and Health Sciences - Grupo de Odontologia Especializada (GOE)false
