Resumo:   Hypertension in pregnancy is a risk factor for maternal and perinatal morbimortality, remaining in first place among the pathologies associated with the pregnancy-puerperal cycle. Therefore, this study aimed to evaluate pregnant women's knowledge about gestational hypertension. This is an integrative literature review, carried out in the main databases, namely: SciELO, LILACS, MEDLINE and Pubmed, using the following descriptors combined with Boolean descriptors: "Pregnant Women" AND "Gestational Hypertension" AND "High Risk Pregnancy" between December 2017 to March 2023; available in full for free and whose results met the objectives of this study, in Portuguese and English. As exclusion criteria were adopted articles written in languages other than those described above; publications prior to December 2017; texts not available in full for free; theses, monographs, literature review studies and repeated texts. The results point out that there is a gap in the knowledge of pregnant women about hypertension, in this scenario, the lack of knowledge can generate maternal complications. Therefore, prenatal care becomes important as a strategy for attention and safety in the care of hypertension.

Specialized Dentistry Group2024-01-28info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://bjihs.emnuvens.com.br/bjihs/article/view/135110.36557/2674-8169.2024v6n1p2071-2085Brazilian Journal of Implantology and Health Sciences ; Vol. 6 No. 1 (2024): BJIHS QUALIS B3; 2071-2085Brazilian Journal of Implantology and Health Sciences ; Vol. 6 Núm. 1 (2024): BJIHS QUALIS B3; 2071-2085Brazilian Journal of Implantology and Health Sciences ; v. 6 n. 1 (2024): BJIHS QUALIS B3; 2071-20852674-8169reponame:Brazilian Journal of Implantology and Health Sciencesinstname:Grupo de Odontologia Especializada (GOE)instacron:GOEporhttps://bjihs.emnuvens.com.br/bjihs/article/view/1351/1572Copyright (c) 2024 Mariana Lopes Ferreira Santos , Denise Alves Santos , Neemias Costa Duarte Neto , Clice Pimentel Cunha de Sousa , Poliana da Silva Rêgo Furtado , Leidiane Costa Mota Abreu , Aline Sharlon Maciel Batista Ramos , Renata Rocha Ferro , Michele Alves da Silva, Flor de Maria Araújo Mendonça Silva, Luís Fernando Bogéa Pereira, Ana Larysse Lacerda Dourado, Francisca Bruna Arruda Aragão https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessSantos , Mariana Lopes FerreiraSantos , Denise Alves Neto , Neemias Costa DuarteSousa , Clice Pimentel Cunha deFurtado , Poliana da Silva RêgoAbreu , Leidiane Costa MotaRamos , Aline Sharlon Maciel BatistaFerro , Renata RochaSilva, Michele Alves daSilva, Flor de Maria Araújo Mendonça Pereira, Luís Fernando Bogéa Dourado, Ana Larysse LacerdaAragão , Francisca Bruna Arruda2024-02-03T14:59:57Zoai:ojs.bjihs.emnuvens.com.br:article/1351Revistahttps://bjihs.emnuvens.com.br/bjihsONGhttps://bjihs.emnuvens.com.br/bjihs/oaijournal.bjihs@periodicosbrasil.com.br2674-81692674-8169opendoar:2024-02-03T14:59:57Brazilian Journal of Implantology and Health Sciences - Grupo de Odontologia Especializada (GOE)false
