Resumo: This study aimed to study the nursing lifestyle through the Fantastic study. It is characterized as a transversal, descriptive research, developed in the interior of the Brazilian Northeast along with 100 nursing services. The were elaborated through the application of a socioeconomic study prepared by authorst by the lifestyle, being published through the application of a socioeconomic study. based on the relevant literature. The one approved was0 by the ethics committee of Universidade Regional Cariri under CAAE 09134119.2. There was a predominance of women, with an average age of 21.3 + 3.5 years, single, mixed race, undergraduates, coming from the urban area, with a family nucleus consisting of three to five members and a monthly family income of up to one minimum wage. in force. Most students need to relocate to attend college. Although it was found that the research participants have a lifestyle very different from the course, the lifestyle prevailed in the fifth period and no period, suggesting a certain decrease in the quality of the lifestyle throughout the course. It concludes by affirming the need for more studies on the subject, as well as the planning of collective actions to encourage a healthy lifestyle for young university students.

Caracteriza-se como uma pesquisa transversal, descritiva, desenvolvida no interior do Nordeste brasileiro junto a 100 acadêmicos de enfermagem. Os dados foram coletados por meio da aplicação de um questionário socioeconômico elaborado pelos autores e pelo questionário estilo de vida Fantástico, sendo organizados mediante codificação das variáveis do estudo no programa Statistical Package for Social Science versão 22.0 for Windows, para serem posteriormente analisados e discutidos com base na literatura pertinente. A pesquisa foi aprovada pelo comitê de ética da Universidade Regional do Cariri sob o CAAE 09134119.2.0000.5055. Constatou-se predominância de mulheres, com idade média de 21,3 + 3,5 anos, solteiras, raça parda, graduandas, procedentes da zona urbana, com núcleo familiar composto por três a cinco membros e renda familiar mensal de até um salário mínimo vigente. A maioria dos alunos precisou mudar de localidade para cursar a faculdade. Embora se tenha constatado que os participantes da pesquisa, apresentaram estilo de vida muito bom em sua maioria, quando considerados os diferentes períodos do curso, o estilo de vida bom prevaleceu no quinto e no décimo períodos, sugerindo certo decréscimo na qualidade do estilo de vida ao longo do curso.
