Percepções de agentes comunitários de saúde sobre a educação em saúde a partir de práticas de cura populares

This paper uses the results of a qualitative research about ​​health education, did with a group of eight community health agents, who working in primary care, as well with thirteen families assisted by them in a city localized in the middle of the state of Rio Grande do Sul. The investigation aimed to listen narratives about labor and healing practices that are articulated as educational processes. Thus, five meetings were held with the community health agents group, with semi-structured scripts, allowing them to assume the role of narrators and there were visits to families, in which new narratives and photographic records of the healing practices valued by them were stimulated. Finally, there was an exhibition with fifty photographs and a new reflection with the group of agents involved. The reflections led to resignifications about the educational processes that involve them, about the care practices they manage and, mainly, about their ways of understanding about the healing practices carried out by the families they assist and, mainly, about the health education processes that they promote and in which they are inserted.
