Resumo: Introduction: The sports practice of women's football has been widespread in contemporary society, bringing several reflections on the paradigms that permeate this modality, especially regarding its insertion and visibility in the media. Objective: Analyze the panorama of scientific production about the insertion of women's football and its representation by the press, after the repeal of Decree-Law 3,199. Materials and Methods: This is a qualitative, exploratory study, through bibliographical research carried out with scientific articles, available in the Scielo, Medline, Pubmed and Academic Google databases in the period corresponding to the post Decree-Law 3199 between the years of 1979 until the 2019 World Cup. The descriptors applied were: women's soccer, soccer, women in sport, Decree-Law 3199. In English: women’sfootball, football, women in sport, Decrere-law. After selecting the material, the first superficial reading was carried out to confirm whether the material suited the proposed objective. Then, a deeper reading was made in order to identify the presence of the practice of women's football, characteristics of its invisibility and how the press represents women in Brazilian football. Finally, an analytical reading in order to order and summarize the information in order to respond to the problem proposed in the study. Results: 12 articles were selected, mostly indexed in the Scielo platform. Conclusion: The insertion of women in the communication media and football field proved to be small compared to men, being linked to the lack of promotion, sponsorship and propagation in Brazilian's and world's sports scene.

Objetivo: Analizar el panorama de la producción científica sobre la inserción del fútbol femenino y su representación en la prensa, tras la derogación del Decreto-Ley 3.199. Materiales y Métodos: Se trata de un estudio cualitativo exploratorio, a través de una investigación bibliográfica realizada con artículos científicos, disponibles en las bases de datos Scielo, Medline, Pubmed y Google Scholar en el período correspondiente a la derogación del Decreto-Ley 3.199 de 1979 a la Copa del Mundo 2019. Los descriptores aplicados fueron: fútbol femenino, fútbol, ​​mujer en el deporte, Decreto-Ley 3.199. En inglés: women'sfootball, football, women in sport, Decrere-law. Después de seleccionar el material, se realizó la primera lectura superficial para confirmar si el material era adecuado para el objetivo propuesto. Luego, una lectura más profunda para identificar la presencia del fútbol femenino, las características de su invisibilidad y cómo la prensa representa a la mujer en el fútbol brasileño. Finalmente, una lectura analítica con el fin de ordenar y resumir la información para dar respuesta al problema planteado en el estudio. Resultados: fueron seleccionados 12 artículos, la mayoría indexados en la plataforma Scielo. Conclusión: La inserción de la mujer en los medios de comunicación y en el ámbito futbolístico resultó ser pequeña en comparación con la de los hombres, vinculándose a la falta de incentivos, patrocinios y difusión en el escenario deportivo brasileño y mundial.Introduzione: La pratica sportiva del calcio femminile si è diffusa nella società contemporanea, portando diverse riflessioni sui paradigmi che permeano questa modalità, soprattutto per quanto riguarda il suo inserimento e visibilità nei media comunicativi. Obiettivo: Analizzare il panorama della produzione scientifica sull'inserimento del calcio femminile e la sua rappresentazione da parte della stampa, dopo l'abrogazione del decreto-legge 3.199. Materiali e Metodi: Trattasi di uno studio qualitativo esplorativo, attraverso ricerche bibliografiche svolte con articoli scientifici, disponibili nelle banche dati Scielo, Medline, Pubmed e Google Scholar nel periodo corrispondente al post-abrogazione del DL 3.199 dal 1979 al Mondiali 2019. I descrittori applicati sono stati: calcio femminile, calcio, donne nello sport, decreto-legge 3.199. In inglese: women'sfootball, football, women in sport, Decreto-legge. Dopo aver selezionato il materiale, è stata eseguita la prima lettura superficiale per confermare se il materiale fosse adatto all'obiettivo proposto. Poi, una lettura più approfondita per individuare la presenza del calcio femminile, le caratteristiche della sua invisibilità e come la stampa rappresenti le donne nel calcio brasiliano. Infine, una lettura analitica per ordinare e sintetizzare le informazioni al fine di rispondere al problema proposto nello studio. Risultati: sono stati selezionati 12 articoli, la maggior parte dei quali indicizzati sulla piattaforma Scielo. Conclusione: L'inserimento delle donne nei mezzi di comunicazione e nell'ambito del calcio si è rivelato esiguo rispetto agli uomini, essendo legato alla mancanza di incentivi, sponsorizzazioni e propagazione nello scenario sportivo brasiliano e mondiale.Introdução: A prática esportiva do futebol feminino vem sendo difundida na sociedade contemporânea, trazendo diversas reflexões acerca dos paradigmas que permeiam tal modalidade, principalmente no tocante à inserção e visibilidade desta nas mídias comunicativas.
