Resumo: Futsal has been facing an evident tactical and physical evolution, this evolution is through the of research and globalization of information. In this way, coaches and trainers prioritize specific training methods, as close as possible to the reality of the game. This paper sought to propose a method that combines specific and situational training in futsal to ensure improvements in the collective tactical part of the team. The physical part was based on training with maximum intensity stimuli, given the physical demands that a futsal game imposes nowadays. To reach the objectives, exhibition game was played before and after the training, in order to compare the results or evolutions between the GE (experimental group) and GC (control group) teams, both male and female. The situational specific training with maximum intensity stimuli was proposed in 8 sessions, 2 sessions per week. The filming was done by one of the researchers of this paper. There were 12 (twelve) minutes timed for each game, without intermission. The tactical/technical performance was evaluated based on the data recorded by the Instrument of Performance Evaluation in Futsal (IADFs) developed and validated by content by the Group of Studies in Football Performance of the Federal University of Grande Dourados (GEDEF/UFGD). For the statistical treatment the computational program Statistica 7.0 for Windows was used. The results of this paper showed that the applied training program had important impacts in the offensive and defensive tactical performance of the experimental group.
