Resumo: This research addresses a case study very sensitive social issue, life and death situations analyzed by Bioethics. The aim of this paper is to build a study forBioethics, framing the discussion within the blurred characteristics of globalization, on one side Human Rights and on the other Brazilan Constitutionalism. The expected result is to contribute to the deepening of the principiological study of Bioethics, bringing more value to this new branch of law and advocacy.
