Resumo: The teaching of Human Anatomy (AH) in the Superior Course of Technology (CST) in Radiology is fundamental in professional training. The National Student Performance Examination in said course, denotes students' unsatisfactory performance in this content. The aim of this study is to evaluate the perception and performance of students before and after the use of diagnostic imaging methods associated with the teaching of AH. It is an action research, with the intervention of courses of improvement, in groups (control and experimental). The research universe is composed of students of the CST in Radiology of the State of Ceará and the sample is 46 students. A Student Evaluation Educational Quality questionnaire and hypothesis tests were used. The results show that students agree that the teaching of HA is better understood when associated with imaging methods, with a rate of 4.9 on a Likert scale. Regarding performance, the groups presented mean proficiency tests of 1.45 and standard deviation (SD) of 0.58 for the control group and 1.65 for PD of 0.88 for the experimental group, revealing low proficiency. Interventions were able to modify the learning reality of the students, where at the end of the interventions, the control group obtained a mean of 4.17 and SD of 1.69. The experimental group, using imaging methods, obtained a better performance with a mean of 5.69 and SD of 1.88. Statistical tests show that the experimental group performed better at the end of the training course.
