Resumo: In this report we describe proposed pedagogical tool held in the field of Technical Education of the Federal Institute of Amazonas IFAM, CampusParintins. Here is the simulation of the game of the supply chain as a methodological resource for teaching supply chain, relating to the areas of logistics and administration. In this context, implementation and teaching of re-contextualization of the game allowed us a set of reciprocal actions by bringing into the classroom the feel of a real environment where students were able to apply in a practical way the concepts presented in the lectures. The result of this simulation game supply chain led to students of Integrated Technical Courses to High School Administrationexperience and managesthe logistics bottlenecks proposing solutions that provide quality customer service.

Para isso apresentamos a simulação do jogo da cadeia de suprimentos, como recurso metodológico para o ensino de logística. Nesse contexto o jogo permite um conjunto de ações reciprocas trazendo para dentro da sala de aula a sensação de um ambiente real, onde os alunos podem aplicar de forma prática os conceitos apresentados nas aulas expositivas. Nosso objetivo é oportunizar um ambiente real, prático e lúdico que possa explorar os sentidos promovendo a curiosidade e um maior aprofundamento de conteúdos didáticos. Como resultado simulamos o jogo da cadeia de suprimentos para alunos de cursos técnicos integrado do ensino médio em administração para ensinar a estes, a vivenciar e administrar os gargalos logísticos propondo soluções que possibilitem qualidade no atendimento ao cliente.
