Resumo: This article aims at producing a contribution on the logistics, specifically the evaluation of the logistics performance, through the construction of new performance indicators. At the present moment, in Europe and in the United States, the logistics performance is one of the key factors for the business competition, turning into a solution for a sustainable logistic management, exploring two tendencies that has approximated the services suppliers to their clients: the more enlarged collaboration and the replacement of the physical movements for better circulation of the flow of information. In that sense, the companies that belong to the group of those companies that worry with their competitive position should be evaluated in relation to their logistics performance or the relative success about the progress of the innovation of their logistic system, as well as their more or less sustainable behaviour.

Actualmente, en la Europa y en los EEUUU, el desempeño logístico es una de las llaves para una mayor competitividad empresarial, tornandose la solucción para una gestión logística más sustentable, explorando dos tendencias que han venido a aproximar los fornecedores de servicios a los clientes: la colaboración más ensancha y la substitución de los movimientos físicos por mejor circulación del flujo de información. Así siendo, las empresas que perteneceren al grupo de las que se preocupan con su posicionamiento competitivo deben evaluarse con relación a su desempeño logístico o al suceso relativo acerca del progreso de la innovación de su sistema logístico, bien como a su comportamiento más o menos sustentáble.Este artigo destina-se a produzir uma contribuição sobre a logística, fundamentalmente a avaliação do desempenho logístico, através da construção de novos indicadores de desempenho. Atualmente, na Europa e nos EUA, o desempenho logístico é uma das chaves para uma maior competitividade empresarial, tornando-se a solução para uma gestão logística mais sustentável, explorando duas tendências que têm vindo a aproximar os fornecedores de serviços aos clientes: a colaboração mais alargada e a substituição dos movimentos físicos por melhor circulação do fluxo de informação.
