Resumo: | Due to the growing demand for fuel and the increased emission of greenhouse gases, it’s necessary to increase the use of clean and renewable fuels. Among the renewable fuels there was two with current use is in large scale, bioethanol and biodiesel. One of the main challenges for the production chain of biofuels is the dependence of the product price in the market, the fluctuation of the same can lead companies to have large losses. The term biorefineries is widely discussed and there are several definitions for the same. The introduction of the concept of biorefineries in the plants producing biofuels can lead to reduced costs, increased profitability and independence. |

The introduction of the concept of biorefineries in the plants producing biofuels can lead to reduced costs, increased profitability and independence. Instituto Federal do AmapáAlvim, Jonas Chaves; University of Leeds- Faculty of Biological Sciences, Centre for Plant Sciences.Alvim, Fernanda Aparecida Lima Silva; Universidade Federal do TocantinsSales, Victor Hugo GomesOliveira, Elisa Maria de; Universidade Federal do TocantinsSales, Paulo Victor Gomes; Instituto Federal do Tocantins (IFTO)Costa, Ana Claudia Rodrigues; Universidade Federal do Tocantins2015-01-06info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttp://periodicos.ifap.edu.br/index.php/JBFS/article/view/2210.18067/jbfs.v1i3.22Journal of bioenergy and food science; Vol 1, No 3: Journal of Bioenergy and food science, out/dez, 2014Journal of Bioenergy and Food Science; Vol 1, No 3: Journal of Bioenergy and food science, out/dez, 20142359-27100000-000010.18067/jbfs.v1i3reponame:Journal of Bioenergy and Food Scienceinstname:Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Amapá (IFAP)instacron:IFAPporhttp://periodicos.ifap.edu.br/index.php/JBFS/article/view/22/3010.18067/jbfs.v1i3.22.g30Copyright (c) 2014 http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess2016-11-29T18:03:13Zoai:periodicos.ifap.edu.br:article/22Revistahttp://periodicos.ifap.edu.br/index.php/JBFSPUBhttp://periodicos.ifap.edu.br/index.php/JBFS/oai||victor.sales@ifap.edu.br10.180672359-27102359-2710opendoar:2016-11-29T18:03:13Journal of Bioenergy and Food Science - Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Amapá (IFAP)false |
