Precariousness and mystification of precariousness: overexploitation of the workforce

Resumo: | This article, based on Marx's Social Theory and on the Brazilian Marxist social thought, aims to analyze the precariousness, the overexploitation of the workforce and the mystification of precariousness with the expropriation of rights. Thus, it highlights the particularities of Brazilian dependent capitalism and the marks of colonial slavery with the apprehension of the meaning of the expropriation of labor and the export of economic surplus. It highlights the current ultraneoliberal period enhanced by the government of Jair Bolsonaro, with the reinforcement of the culture of “entrepreneurship” via the “prosperity theology”, increasing the setbacks of labor rights. |

De esta forma, destaca las particularidades del capitalismo dependiente brasileño y las huellas de la esclavitud colonial con la aprehensión del significado de la expropiación del trabajo y la exportación del excedente económico. Al final, destaca el actual período ultraneoliberal potenciado por el gobierno de Jair Bolsonaro, con el fortalecimiento de la cultura del “emprendimiento” a través de la “teología de la prosperidad”, profundizando los retrocesos de los derechos laborales.Este artigo, por meio da Teoria Social de Marx e do pensamento social brasileiro marxista, objetiva analisar a precariedade do trabalho, a superexploração da força de trabalho e a mistificação da precarização com a expropriação de direitos. Dessa forma, destaca as particularidades do capitalismo dependente brasileiro e as marcas da escravidão colonial com a apreensão do sentido da expropriação do trabalho e da exportação de excedente econômico.
