About the importance of teaching Geometry in Physics undergraduate courses

Resumo: The sense of vision is associated with an important cognitive skill and its learning is fundamental to the fostering of any citizen. Due to this fact, the study of different forms of graphical representation becomes important in the teaching and learning of Mathematics. Therefore, a solid knowledge of Geometry is necessary in the training of good teachers of Physics. This work analyzes the importance of the study of Geometry for future teachers of Physics.
