PRECARIOUSNESS,IMPROVISATION AND ESPRIT DE CORPS: TEACHERS’ DISCURSIVE SOCIAL REPRESENTATIONS IN THE BASIC EDUCATION AND THEIR PRAXIS IN THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC CONTEXTO

Resumo: This research owns as a main objective to identify the Teachers’ Discursive Social Representation in the Basic Education, who work in the Secretary of State for Education in Rio de Janeiro,  about potential dilemmas in the didactic transposition of Classroom activities in to remote activities during the COVID-19  pandemic time. This analysis is theoretic  based on Moscovici’s Theory of the Social Representations  and, methodologically, on the techniques of Collective Subject  Speech and in the Representativeness Index. The content of the Discursive Social Representation of the teachers, the subjects of this research, points to the emotional distress due to the precariousnes and improvisation in the transposition of Classroom activities in to remote activities.  The lack of expertise of the teachers in utilizing the Information and Communication Technology and the digital exclusion of the students has generated a collective discomfort, safeguarding the esprit de corps as a mechanism of professional identity protection

Esta análise aporta-se na Teoria das Representações Sociais de Moscovici e, metodologicamente, nas técnicas do Discurso do Sujeito Coletivo e do Índice de Representatividade. O conteúdo das Representações Sociais Discursivas dos professores, sujeitos desta pesquisa aponta para o desgaste emocional em função da precarização e da improvisação na transposição das atividades presenciais em remotas.
