EDUCAÇÃO ENQUANTO INSTRUMENTO DE FORTALECIMENTO DOS TRABALHADORES E TRABALHADORAS DA ECONOMIA SOLIDÁRIA

Resumo: The Solidarity Economy - SE consists of economic experiences based on differentiated values and practiced with self-management. The objective of this work is to understand education as a factor for strengthening of SE, highlighting some of the educational themes demanded by its workers. This research is characterized as exploratory, descriptive and qualitative. Data collection took place with the Coordination of the Solidarity Economy Forum of Guarabira (PB) and Region, through a focus group and semi-structured interviews, which were analyzed based on discourse analysis (French perspective). It is argued that education can be carried out in the most diverse spaces, being possible to consider it, mainly non-formal education, as an instrument of citizenship, liberation and emancipation, even more if allied to popular education. Still, it was possible to verify several training demands by this public, related to the management of the enterprises, organizational aspects, but, mainly, about the values that guide ES.

El objetivo de este trabajo es comprender la educación como factor de fortalecimiento de la educación superior, destacando algunos de los temas educativos demandados por sus trabajadores. Esta investigación se caracteriza por ser exploratoria, descriptiva y cualitativa. La recolección de datos ocurrió con la Coordinación del Foro de Economía Solidaria de Guarabira (PB) y Región, a través de un grupo focal y entrevistas semiestructuradas, que fueron analizadas a partir del análisis del discurso (línea francesa). Se argumenta que la educación puede llevarse a cabo en los más diversos espacios, siendo posible considerarla, principalmente la educación no formal, como un instrumento de ciudadanía, liberación y emancipación, más aún si está aliada a la educación popular. Aún así, fue posible constatar varias demandas de formación por parte de este público, relacionadas con la gestión de las empresas, aspectos organizacionales, pero, principalmente, sobre los valores que orientan la ES.  A Economia Solidária - ES consiste em experiências econômicas fundamentadas em valores diferenciados e praticadas com autogestão. O objetivo deste trabalho é entender a educação como um fator de fortalecimento da ES, destacando algumas das temáticas educativas demandadas pelos seus trabalhadores e trabalhadoras. Esta pesquisa caracteriza-se como exploratória, descritiva e qualitativa. A coleta de dados se deu com a Coordenação do Fórum de Economia Solidária de Guarabira (PB) e Região, por meio de um grupo focal e entrevistas semiestruturadas, que foram analisadas a partir da análise de discurso (linha francesa). Defende-se que a educação pode ser realizada nos mais diversos espaços, sendo possível considerá-la, principalmente a educação não formal, como instrumento de cidadania, libertação e emancipação, ainda mais se aliada à educação popular.
