Perspectives and Challenges of Interdisciplinary Practices: an Experience Report in the Context of Graduate Students

Resumo: Abstract: Our experiences in the Multicampus Program of the Professional Master's Degree in Science and Mathematics Education at Federal University of Viçosa (UFV), in the “Interdisciplinary Studies in Science and Mathematics Teaching” course, held in the context of remote education, allowed for a discussion on interdisciplinarity in the training of Science teachers. While diving into what was experienced in class, we focused on creating interdisciplinary activities and explored projects called “Interdisciplinarity worked ludically in the school environment: teaching in a more fun way” and “Radioactivity in context: an interdisciplinary action towards scientific literacy”, emphasizing experiences and contributions made possible by thinking and writing these projects. Finally, we point out the challenges of interdisciplinarity, such as educators working conditions and the potentialities of its implementation, while also highlighting its importance in teacher training in order to promote an interdisciplinary educational practice and interrelate knowledge, participants, and contribute to the attractiveness of the educational process. Teacher Training.Resumo: As vivências no Programa Multicampi do Mestrado Profissional em Educação em Ciências e Matemática da Universidade Federal de Viçosa (UFV), na disciplina “Interdisciplinaridade no Ensino de Ciências e Matemática”, realizada no contexto do ensino remoto, permitiram uma discussão sobre a interdisciplinaridade na formação de professores de Ciências. Mergulhamos no vivido durante a disciplina, focamos na construção de nove projetos interdisciplinares que foram classificados quanto ao tipo de interdisciplinaridade desenvolvida. Após, exploramos duas propostas denominadas “A interdisciplinaridade trabalhada de forma lúdica no ambiente escolar: ensinar de uma maneira mais divertida” e “Radioatividade em contexto: uma ação interdisciplinar rumo a uma alfabetização científica”, enfatizando vivências e contribuições possibilitadas pelo ato de pensar e escrever esses trabalhos. Por fim, apontamos os desafios do ensino interdisciplinar, como as condições de trabalho dos professores e as potencialidades, destacando sua preciosidade na formação docente, para que os professores promovam uma prática educacional interdisciplinar, inter-relacionem os conhecimentos, os participantes e contribuam com a atratividade do processo educacional.
