Resumo: Digital Competencies for Basic Education Teachers   Abstract: As networked digital information and communication technologies expand, teacher education needs to adapt to the educational reality. We ask: what digital skills are needed for the exchange of educational practices and resources between teachers? The focus was on teachers of Basic Education in the municipality of Ponta Grossa, Paraná. The research analyzed the self-assessment of 339 teachers and the investigation took place with unstructured interview, participant observation and analysis of documentary and bibliographic material. The most relevant data found show that the information, communication and technology skills are partially developed and the pedagogical skills still to be developed in teachers. These show skills for sharing ideas, experiences and attitudes for communicating; However, technologies need to be adapted to pedagogical practice and to develop network leadership. Educational practices. Resumo: À medida que as tecnologias digitais de informação e comunicação, conectadas em rede, se expandem, a formação profissional docente precisa se adaptar à realidade educacional. Perguntamos: quais as competências digitais são necessárias para o intercâmbio de práticas e recursos educacionais entre professores? O foco da pesquisa foi nos professores de Educação Básica no município de Ponta Grossa, Paraná. A pesquisa analisou a autoavaliação de 339 professores e a investigação ocorreu com entrevista não estruturada, observação participante e análise de material bibliográfico. Os dados mais relevantes encontrados mostram que as competências em informação, comunicação e tecnológicas estão parcialmente desenvolvidas e as pedagógicas ainda necessitam serem desenvolvidas em professores. Estes mostram habilidades para compartilhar ideias, experiências e atitudes para se comunicar; porém falta adequar as tecnologias à prática pedagógica e desenvolver liderança em rede.
