THE INFLUENCE OF EMOTIONS ON PRE-TEENS' SCHOOL DEVELOPMENT FALLING IN LOVE

Resumo: | The study on emotional issues, from the perspective of falling in love - the influence of emotions on the school development of pre-adolescents was the guiding axis of the objective of this study, which aimed to enter into reflections in which it is observed how much emotions, emphasizing passion, strongly influence the behavior of pre-teens, especially learning. The work is a qualitative research and uses as a data collection instrument through questionnaires and also small texts written voluntarily by some students of Elementary School II of a municipal public school, Tancredo Neves, in the city of Our Lady of Glory, Sergipe, Brazil. Secondarily, a bibliographic survey was used, which provided the opportunity to relate what theorists say with the respondents' answers. 79 students participated in the research, both male and female, with ages ranging from 12 to 15 years. It is noteworthy that this work has been approved by the ethics committee with the opinion: 4,713,192. Themes related to emotions were listed, prioritizing the causes and consequences of passion; the relationship between falling in love in pre-adolescence and behavior in school activities, with parents, friends and, above all, with oneself in this transition from childhood to pre-adolescence, in physical and emotional terms. It is understood that pedagogical practices concerning emotional education have been designed for some time, but emotions related to falling in love are not emphasized. It is inferred that in such a rapid moment in which everything is constantly changing, including emotional challenges, a careful look at emotions is necessary, parallel to cognition, in the classroom, in order to understand the subjectivities of students, especially in the transition from childhood to pre-adolescence, in which there is a sudden physical change and in the experience of new feelings such as falling in love. |

El trabajo es una investigación cualitativa y se utiliza como instrumento de recolección de datos a través de cuestionarios y también pequeños textos escritos voluntariamente por algunos estudiantes de la Escuela Primaria II de una escuela pública municipal, Tancredo Neves, en la ciudad de Nuestra Señora de la Gloria, Sergipe, Brasil. . En segundo lugar, se utilizó una encuesta bibliográfica, que brindó la oportunidad de relacionar lo que dicen los teóricos con las respuestas de los encuestados. En la investigación participaron 79 estudiantes, tanto hombres como mujeres, con edades comprendidas entre los 12 y los 15 años. Cabe destacar que este trabajo ha sido aprobado por el comité de ética con el dictamen: 4.713.192. Se enumeraron temas relacionados con las emociones, priorizando las causas y consecuencias de la pasión; la relación entre el enamoramiento en la preadolescencia y el comportamiento en las actividades escolares, con los padres, los amigos y, sobre todo, con uno mismo en esta transición de la niñez a la preadolescencia, en términos físicos y emocionales. Se entiende que desde hace tiempo se diseñan prácticas pedagógicas en materia de educación emocional, pero no se enfatizan las emociones relacionadas con el enamoramiento. Se infiere que en un momento tan rápido en el que todo cambia constantemente, incluidos los desafíos emocionales, es necesaria una mirada atenta a las emociones, paralela a la cognición, en el aula, para comprender las subjetividades de los estudiantes, especialmente en la transición de de la niñez a la preadolescencia, en la que se produce un cambio físico brusco y en la vivencia de nuevos sentimientos como el enamoramiento.O estudo sobre as questões emocionais, sob a ótica do enamoramento – a influência das emoções no desenvolvimento escolar dos pré-adolescentes foi o eixo norteador do objetivo deste estudo que visou adentrar em reflexões nas quais se observa o quanto as emoções, enfatizando a paixão, influenciam fortemente o comportamento dos pré-adolescentes, sobretudo a aprendizagem. O trabalho se trata de uma pesquisa qualitativa e utiliza como instrumento de coleta de dados através de questionários e, também de pequenos textos escritos, voluntariamente, por alguns discentes do Ensino Fundamental II de uma escola da rede pública municipal, Tancredo Neves, no município de Nossa Senhora da Glória, Sergipe, Brasil. Secundariamente utilizou-se um levantamento bibliográfico que oportunizou relacionar o que dizem os teóricos com as respostas dos entrevistados. Participaram da pesquisa 79 estudantes tanto do gênero masculino e feminino com idades variando de 12 a 15 anos. Ressalta-se que este trabalho consta de aprovação do comitê de ética com o parecer: 4.713.192. Elencou-se temas relacionados às emoções, priorizando as causas e consequências da paixão; a relação entre o enamoramento na pré-adolescência e o comportamento nas atividades escolares, com os pais, com os amigos e, sobretudo, consigo mesmo nessa transição da fase infantil para a pré-adolescência, em termos físicos e emocionais. Compreende-se que práticas pedagógicas concernentes à educação emocional já vêm sendo desenhadas há algum tempo, porém as emoções relacionadas ao enamoramento não são enfatizadas.
