Resumo: The main purpose of this study was to propose the need for regulation by the CLT of employment contracts for professional electronic players. Simultaneously, it intended to understand and corroborate work as a human and fundamental right inherent to all people; systematically analyze eSports and the Brazilian bill, considering its real need for labor regulations. It was a Bibliographic and Documentary Research, of qualitative character, respecting the ethical regulations that govern scientific investigations in the Brazilian legal field. The results show that we cannot ignore the advancement of this industry, especially during the global pandemic of 2020, being the only entertainment and sport activity that has never been suspended, but has increased in terms of the number of tournaments, competitions and players. That is why we must proclaim that it must be regulated as soon as possible.

Sergio Salles2021-07-24info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://www.telosjournals.com.br/ojs/index.php/isa/article/view/33Isagoge - Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences; Vol. 1 No. 3 (2021); 1-14Isagoge - Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences; Vol. 1 Núm. 3 (2021); 1-14Isagoge - Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences; v. 1 n. 3 (2021); 1-142763-7123reponame:Isagoge (Niterói)instname:Publicação independenteinstacron:INDEPporhttps://www.telosjournals.com.br/ojs/index.php/isa/article/view/33/32Copyright (c) 2021 Isagoge - Journal of Humanities and Social Scienceshttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessFerreira Rosa, AngélicaZanini de Sá Duarte Nunes , TaísGabriel Viríssimo da Silva, Hugo2021-08-04T15:11:05Zoai:ojs2.www.telosjournals.com.br:article/33Revistahttps://www.telosjournals.com.br/ojs/index.php/isaPRIhttps://www.telosjournals.com.br/ojs/index.php/isa/oaitelos@telosjournals.com2763-71232763-7123opendoar:2021-08-04T15:11:05Isagoge (Niterói) - Publicação independentefalse
