Resumo: High performance liquid chromatography is one of the major analytical techniques used in the quality control of phytoterapics. This work describes a HPLC method used to determine the major components present in different hydroalcoholic extracts of aerial parts of Piper aduncum. ©2005 Sociedade Brasileira de Química.
