Resumo: The Bank of Brasília (BRB) shows fundamental importance for the economy of the Federal District, having implemented, in recent years, a process of expanding in business lines, operating in other federative units and conducting payments for government programs. The objective of this study is to show a broad overview of the Bank's operations, focusing on several areas and their socioeconomic impacts, such as sponsorship in sports, holding of fairs, public property management, ESG schedule, real estate credit in the DF and development portfolio. In the field of innovation, we highlight the partnership between BRB and the Brazilian team Flamengo in the operation of the digital bank NaçãoBRBFla, and in the set of solutions for judicial agencies, being the first bank to operate the Judicial PIX. Focus also on BRB's performance in the Pandemic, in which the institution acted firmly in the protection of its employees and contributed to the development of programs to mitigate impacts on the local economy (Supera-DF, Acredita-DF and Avança-DF).

El objetivo de este estudio es mostrar una panorámica de la actuación del Banco, con enfoque en diversas áreas y sus impactos socioeconómicos, como el patrocinio en el deporte, realización de ferias, administración del patrimonio público, agenda ESG, crédito inmobiliario en DF y cartera de desarrollo. En el segmento de la innovación, se destacan la parcería del BRB con el equipo de fútbol Flamengo, en la operación del banco digital “NaçãoBRB Fla”, y el conjunto de soluciones para órganos judiciales, siendo el primer banco que operó el PIX Judicial. Relieve también para la actuación del BRB en la pandemia, en que la institución actuó firmemente en la protección de sus empleados y contribuyó con la elaboración de programas para disminuir los impactos en la economía local (Supera-DF, Acredita-DF e Avança-DF).O Banco de Brasília (BRB) apresenta uma importância fundamental para a economia do Distrito Federal, concretizando, nos últimos anos, um processo de expansão das linhas de negócios, atuação em outras unidades federativas e condução dos pagamentos de programas governamentais. O objetivo desse estudo é mostrar um panorama amplo da atuação do Banco, com enfoque em diversas áreas e seus impactos socioeconômicos, como o patrocínio no esporte, realização de feiras, administração do patrimônio público, agenda ESG, crédito imobiliário no DF e carteira de desenvolvimento. No campo da inovação, destacam-se a parceria do BRB com o time brasileiro Flamengo na operação da plataforma digital NaçãoBRBFla, e o conjunto de soluções para os órgãos judiciais, sendo o primeiro banco a operar o PIX Judicial.
