Resumo: Abstract: Solid pseudopapillary neoplasms of the pancreas are rare neoplasms, responsible for 1-2% of all pancreatic tumors and are predominantly female in general and are called Frantz’s tumors. The treatment of choice is the resection of the lesion, and it is usually curative. This study aims to carry out a case report with a description of the clinical history of the treatment of an atypical case of Frant’z tumor with rare clinical and radiological presentation, diagnosed at the Hospital Regional do Cariri. The elaboration of this work documental analysis. Keywords: Frantz tumor; Pancreatic neoplasm; Pancreatic surgery; Pseudopapillary neoplasm.

Keywords: Frantz tumor; Pancreatic neoplasm; Pancreatic surgery; Pseudopapillary neoplasm.Resumo: Neoplasias pseudopapilares sólidas (NPS) do pâncreas são neoplasias raras, responsáveis ​​por 1–2% de todos os tumores pancreáticos e têm uma predominância feminina em geral e são denominadas tumores de Frantz. O tratamento de escolha é a ressecção da lesão, uma vez que é frequentemente curativa. As características radiológicas são importantes para a hipótese diagnóstica, uma vez que o planejamento pré-operatório é fundamental para a obtenção da cura. O presente estudo tem como objetivo realizar um relato de caso com descrição da história clínica, do tratamento de um caso atípico de tumor de Frantz com apresentação clínico-radiológica rara, diagnosticado no Hospital Regional do Cariri. Para elaboração deste, foi realizada análise documental dos dados do prontuário do paciente.
