Resumo: Physiological changes are responsible for the appearance of aesthetic dysfunctions in the maternal body, among which the following stand out: the appearance of stretch marks, geloid fibroedema, fluid retention, varicose veins, acne and melasma. The skin is mainly affected due to hormonal instability, resulting in the development of changes that are characteristic of the gestational period. The objective of this research was to review the main dermatofunctional physiotherapeutic interventions used in aesthetic dysfunctions acquired during pregnancy. This is an integrative review of the literature. The electronic databases used to carry out the work: PubMed and Google Scholar between the years 2018 and 2023. In the results, 28 articles were selected due to the relevance of which aesthetic dysfunctions occur with greater prevalence during pregnancy and which treatments could be used in physiotherapeutic care. It can be concluded from the study carried out that prevention is the main objective for aesthetic dysfunctions acquired during pregnancy.
