Resumo: | Technological evolution changes the day-to-day of organizations, bringing them new challenges that lead to changes in processes, including HR. This article aims to identify the benefits of using digital tools in the recruitment and selection process, with the aim of demonstrating the evolution of the process, the most used digital tools and the gains obtained with the use of technologies in the recruitment and selection process. For that, a qualitative process of literature review and also exploratory was used as a methodology, which is fundamentally the research and analysis of the empirical world in the natural environment. Thus, it can be confirmed in the research that this process brought several benefits of agility, access to a greater number of candidates, in addition to cost reduction, including the use of Artificial Intelligence, which create value for the company, being able to increase the visibility of the organization in the market, increase the ability to attract talent and improve the company's image. |

Este artigo tem como objetivo identificar os benefícios do uso das ferramentas digitais no processo de recrutamento e seleção, com a perspectiva de demonstrar a evolução do processo, as ferramentas digitais mais utilizadas e os ganhos obtidos com o uso das tecnologias no processo de recrutamento e seleção. Para tanto, foi utilizado como metodologia um processo qualitativo, de revisão de literatura e, também, exploratória, onde é fundamentalmente a pesquisa e análise do mundo empírico no ambiente natural.
