Resumo: This article is the result of the research “Behavioral Insights Applied to Sanitary Compliance”, carried out in a public teaching hospital, specialized in women's health. We sought to apply behavioral insights to promote the use of masks; social distancing and hand hygiene of the population that frequented the place. The study is exploratory, quantitative in nature and descriptive-analytical. The results show that there was no sign of a statistically significant relationship between the number of pre- and post-intervention occurrences for the three selected behaviors. Despite the statistical significance, the results of this study contribute to knowledge on the subject, as they can be considered for the design of future experiments.
