Quality of life in the Work Environment: Implementation and Challenges

Resumo: The implementation of quality of life, and also of work, was constituted in recent times in the midst of globalization, the reduction of absences due to presenteeism and absenteeism, as well as diseases related to RSI/DORT. In addition, the implementation of quality of life programs in the work environment (PQVT) also aimed at increasing productivity and balancing the demands of the company and employees. From this context, this research aimed to describe ergonomics and its relationship with the quality of life at work. With regard to the results, it was observed that the implementation of quality of life depends directly on the organizational culture, support from senior management, and investments by the company in implementing the PQVT. It was concluded that the creation of quality of life programs in the work environment can improve productivity, reducing work absenteeism, which in turn can lead to improved organizational results.

Além disso, a implementação de programas de qualidade de vida no ambiente de trabalho (PQVT) tinham também como objetivo o aumento da produtividade, e o equilíbrio entre as demandas da empresa e dos colaboradores. A partir desse contexto, a presente pesquisa teve como objetivo descrever a ergonomia e sua relação com a qualidade de vida no trabalho.
