Resumo: Women are taking on the ministries of the laity as a missionary boldness within Christian communities. In the words of Pope Francis, “I am pleased to see how many women share pastoral responsibilities together with priests, contribute to the accompaniment of individuals, families or groups and make new contributions to theological reflection” (EG 103). Driven by the pontiff's words, the purpose of this reflection contemplates, first, to resume the determining role of lay women in communities in different ministries and services. According to perceiving the dynamism of the baptismal faith, as the source of all vocations and that in Christ all belong to the family of the people of God.
