Despite the great social advance, some groups are still marginalized, such as transsexual people, and such prejudice is taken to the scope of Law. Thus, the purpose of this article is to analyze the criminal execution related to transsexual men. For this, it will start from the study of the principles used in criminal execution. Afterwards, gender identity will be worked on, explaining after the general rules of criminal execution and, finally, analyzing the execution of trans people. It seeks to analyze the importance of special treatment for these people, due to the occurrence of different forms of violence. It was adopted as methodological procedures the research of an applied nature, with exploratory qualitative approach, and deductive methodology, in order to analyze the difficulties of the current scenario, supported by bibliographical texts and jurisprudential understandings. It is concluded, therefore, that as this is a fragile part of the population, some specific care is needed for these people.
