Resumo: Abstract As part of the Flora of Espírito Santo project, we present the taxonomic treatment of the fern family Saccolomataceae, with a key, descriptions, illustrations, and a list of examined specimens. Two species of Saccoloma occur in the state of Espírito Santo: S. elegans and S. nigrescens. Both species are endemic to the Brazilian Atlantic Rainforest.
