Resumo: Abstract As part of the Flora of Espírito Santo project, we present the taxonomic treatment of Oleandraceae, with key, descriptions, illustrations, and list of specimens examined. In this state, two species of Oleandra occur: O. brasiliana and O. quartziticola. Apparently, O. quartziticola is narrow endemic, whereas O. brasiliana is widespread in the Brazilian Atlantic Rainforest. Both species occur in the Southern part of the state.
