Resumo: | The folic acid as a dietary supplement for pregnant women to aid in neural and embryo formation. Problem: How important is the use of folic acid supplement by pregnant women for the prevention of problems in the neural system of the embryo in the early stages of life? Hypothesis: folic acid is an important resource for the embryo's neural formation and should be part of the pregnant woman's life. Objectives: to analyze the importance of supplementation with folic acid for pregnant women and the embryo. Justification: women during their pregnancy and during prenatal care in Brazil, seek quality care and the opportunity to generate a healthy child, since it is still an embryo in full formation and development. Methodology: This is a literature review. Results. The nutrients ingested by the mother during pregnancy are often essential for the normal genesis of the embryo. An important micronutrient is vitamin B9, folic acid. |

Problema: qual a importância do uso do suplemento ácido fólico por mulheres grávidas para a prevenção de problemas no sistema neural do embrião em formação nos primeiros estágios da vida? Hipótese: o ácido fólico é um recurso importante para a formação neural do embrião e deve fazer parte da vida da mulher gestante. Objetivos: analisar a importância da suplementação com ácido fólico para as gestantes e o embrião. Justificativa: as mulheres em sua gestação e durante o pré-natal no Brasil, busca qualidade de atendimento e oportunidade de gerar um filho com saúde plena, desde quando ainda é embrião em plena formação e desenvolvimento. Metodologia: Trata-se de revisão bibliográfica. Resultados. Os nutrientes ingeridos pela mãe durante a gravidez costumam ser essenciais para a gênese normal do embrião.
