Resumo: | The influence of advertising made by the pharmaceutical industries and its relationship with the use of medicines in an exacerbated way by the Brazilian population without proper pharmaceutical guidance. Problem: How do pharmaceutical companies' advertising and marketing contribute to irrational drug use? Objectives: to analyze prevention and health promotion in relation to emerging viral diseases in Brazil. Justification: with the help of drug marketing and advertising, with the protection of manufacturers and pharmaceutical industries, the irrational use of drugs has become a public health problem. Results: Regardless of the interests of the pharmaceutical industry, entrepreneurs and drugstore and pharmacy owners, it is up to those who prescribe and dispense drugs to choose the best form of treatment, aiming at the quality of life of patients. |

Problema: de que maneira a propaganda e o marketing das indústrias farmacêuticas contribui para o uso irracional de medicamentos? Objetivos: analisar sobre a prevenção e promoção à saúde em relação as doenças virais emergentes no Brasil. Justificativa: com a ajuda do marketing e da propaganda de medicamentos e com a tutela das indústrias farmacêuticas, o uso irracional de medicamentos tem se evidenciado um problema de saúde pública.
