Resumo: | This undergraduate thesis aimed to analyze the limitations of nurses in the Family Health Strategy, and as specific objectives: to identify the limitations found by nurses, evaluate how these limitations can interfere in care, and investigate the existing action proposals in the literature of the referenced authors. As a research methodology, an integrative reading review was carried out. The relevance of this research is due to the importance of identifying these obstacles in the provision of primary health care. This allows the development of strategies to overcome these limitations, improve the quality of care, and optimize the effectiveness of health teams. The reviews emphasize the centrality of nurses in the care of patients with wounds, pointing to challenges such as limited human and material resources, lack of qualifications, and absence of protocols. It also discusses the overload of nurses in supervision, the delegation of tasks to the Nursing Technical Professional, and the need for continuous training. It addresses the negative impacts of venous ulcers on quality of life, highlighting the urgency of investments in preventive strategies. In the context of the Family Health Strategy, it highlights the importance of continuing education for nurses, especially in the treatment of oncological wounds. It emphasizes the relevance of professional knowledge, care centered on the person with wounds, and the active participation of the patient for effective assistance. It recognizes limitations in the implementation of actions, proposing interventions such as ensuring adequate resources, investing in training, encouraging nurse/patient dialogue, and promoting multidisciplinary teams in the Family Health Strategy. |
