Resumo: | Short-term higher education is a type of teaching that aims to qualify professionals in specific areas of knowledge, with shorter training times and greater insertion in the job market. However, what are the difficulties, challenges and opportunities facing these professionals today? In this article, we propose to analyze the needs of the job market for professionals who opt for a short-term higher education course, focusing on executive secretaries who work remotely in the legal sector. To do this, we used bibliographical research as a method, reviewing concepts and studies on technological courses, qualifications, secretarial work, technology and the job market. The hypothesis raised is that technology has transformed the teaching modality, contributing to the development and qualification of professionals with new skills, speeding up entry into the job market. The specific objectives are: to list the difficulties that professionals face when they have technological training; to discuss the main consequences and opportunities that professionals can find in the job market; and to investigate whether technology is a great ally for qualification and professionalism. The article is divided into three chapters: the first deals with technological training and the difficulties faced by professionals; the second discusses the challenges faced by professionals in the job market; and the third analyzes the relationship between technology, qualifications and professionalism. The justification for the research is based on the importance of the topic for executive secretarial professionals who work or provide services in the legal sector remotely, for science which seeks to understand the transformations in the world of work and for society which benefits from the qualified service of professionals in the area for access to the legal profession and the judiciary. |
