Resumo: | This article is the result of work carried out over the years in state civil and military schools in the city of Goiânia, by observing the agents involved in the educational process and analyzing the process of drawing up the political pedagogical project in relation to legitimizing the implementation of the Curriculum Guidelines in the school context. In order to carry out the research, we began by reading the school's official documents, such as the Pedagogical Political Project and the Curriculum Proposal, with the aim of observing how these documents were articulated with the purpose of teaching and the modalities offered at the institution. Under these conditions, we sought to observe the dynamics of the school in terms of the observations made in relation to the PPP as a guideline for teaching practices that aim to meet the aspirations and specificities of the proposal for a democratic and citizen school, especially in relation to art, specifically the marching band. |

Para realizar a pesquisa, iniciamos pela leitura dos documentos oficiais da escola, como o Projeto Político Pedagógico e a Proposta Curricular, com o objetivo de observar como esses documentos se articulavam com a finalidade do ensino e as modalidades oferecidas na instituição.
