Resumo: | The article aims to discuss the proposition of postgraduate studies in Professional and Technological Education, in relation to Education workers, linked to areas of technical-administrative or pedagogical governmental competence. Having said that, it discusses how good practices contribute to empowerment and appreciation, through institutional mechanisms of professional recognition. Therefore, it is a process to encourage continuing education, whose scope has the purpose of improving functional practices, the provision of public service, which represents the process of long-term improvement in favor of society, workers, Education and Public Policy. |
