Resumo: Nursing difficulties during the pandemic. Problem: what are the main challenges to be faced by the nursing team in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic? Hypothesis: In times of pandemic, one of the concerns on the part of nursing teams includes prevention and quality care. Objectives: to analyze the difficulties of the nursing staff in relation to the care demands of patients during the period of the new coronavirus pandemic in Brazil. Justification: the theme, in addition to being updated, is part of the whole essence and concept of what the role and attributions of nursing will be in the face of a public health crisis. Methodology: this is a literature review. Results. Nurses are at the forefront of Covid-19 case management, dealing with serious implications for the recognition of their working conditions and personal safety.

Problema: quais os principais desafios a serem enfrentados pela equipe de enfermagem diante da pandemia por COVID-19? Hipótese: Em tempos de pandemia uma das preocupações por parte das equipes de enfermagem inclui a prevenção e atendimentos de qualidade. Objetivos: analisar as dificuldades da equipe de enfermagem em relação as demandas assistenciais dos pacientes durante o período da pandemia do novo coronavírus no Brasil. Justificativa: o tema além de ser atualizado, faz parte de toda a essência e conceito do que venha a ser o papel e atribuições da enfermagem diante uma crise de saúde pública.  Metodologia: trata-se de revisão bibliográfica. Resultados.
