Resumo: | Studies concerning to the ability of the students manage their own learning processes become necessary as the information technology and communication are inserted in the field of organizational training and transfer to the students responsibilities previosly assigned to teachers. This paper, thus, examines the relationship between learning strategies and training satisfaction. Performed in a Organization Public, this research contemplates 216 participants from five distance training courses. Data collected through questionnaires applied on the last day of course showed an association between certain cognitive learning strategies and satisfaction with the performance of tutoring, with the procedures and results and with the graphical interface of the course. Although there are no clues on the direction of these associations, it is speculated that properly programmed courses and active tutoring lead to the use of strategies useful for storage, retrieval and use of information.KEYWORDS: Distance training; Training evaluation; Distance training evaluation; Training reaction; Learning strategies. |
