Resumo: | The relationship capital and the related management ways used have been presented as an important strategy to reach goals and organizational objectives. In this study, results obtained show the reality of one company that make a new one structure that leads the growth of new related problems associated with the process of knowledge diffusion and management. Especially resource human politics implemented by the company to deal with employees temporary and effectives generated a different perception that can prejudice all the work developed by rela55 tionship capital practices. The study shows that one company which is trying to modernize and stimulate the relationship capital development should develop a new way to evaluate the obtained results. In this case it's necessary to evaluate the development in the seven points identified during this study: knowledge, commitment, relationship, costs, responsibility, information and quality.KEYWORDS: Intellectual capital; Relationship capital; Commitment; Performance; Knowledge management. |

Neste estudo, os dados obtidos refletiram a realidade de uma empresa que passou por um processo de reestruturação que propiciou o surgimento de alguns problemas no tocante ao processo de geração e difusão de conhecimento dentro da empresa. Notadamente, as políticas de recursos humanos adotadas pela empresa na gestão de empregados mensalistas e efetivos geraram uma diferente percepção que pode comprometer todo o trabalho desenvolvido no tocante ao capital de relacionamento. O trabalho evidenciou que uma empresa que busque modernizar e estimular o desenvolvimento do capital de relacionamento necessitaria desenvolver uma nova forma de mensurar os resultados obtidos, em que esteja sendo avaliado o desempenho nos sete pontos identificados durante a construção do trabalho: conhecimento, comprometimento, relacionamento, custo, responsabilidade, informação e qualidade.
