Resumo: | The late twentieth century and the early twenty-first century were conceptualized as “the age of knowledge and information ”. People constantly seek to perfect themselves personally, professionally and in your relationship network for the purpose to achieve their goals. Competition and competitiveness make the individual motivate themselves to become more skilled and overcome their limitations by offering organizations an efficient, flexible and dynamic professional. The courses of professional development emerge as a response to this social and professional, enabling continuous, accessible and qualified learning. Brazil has institutions qualified to provide this type of training and improvement. Some of them are inserted in System S, belonging to the Third sector. These courses, while fully meeting the demand do not have an ideal professional profile already mapped and built to facilitate the management and care of its customers. It aims through this study create a tool to enable managers of training and further training courses, map and build a profile of ideal teaching. To create such a profile teachers will be interviewed, coordinators and technicians of one of the institutions that are part of System S, the SENAC-SP, in two units –Osasco and Santo André. It is expected from this study, that such a tool is created and becomes a facilitator for the manager (who works offering professional development courses), whose main activity, in such organizations, is to select and hire professionals able to minister these courses, as well as permanently ensuring their professional development. |

As pessoas buscam constantemente aperfeiçoar-se no âmbito pessoal, profissional e em sua rede de relacionamentos com o propósito de atingirem suas metas. A concorrência e a competitividade fazem o indivíduo motivar-se para se tornar mais habilitado e superar suas limitações, oferecendo às organizações um profissional eficiente, flexível e dinâmico. Os cursos de aperfeiçoamento profissional surgem como uma resposta a esta demanda social e profissional, possibilitando o aprendizado contínuo, acessível e qualificado. O Brasil possui instituições habilitadas a fornecer este tipo de treinamento e aperfeiçoamento. Algumas delas estão inseridas no Sistema S, pertencentes ao Terceiro Setor. Esses cursos, apesar de atenderem plenamente a demanda existente, não possuem um perfil ideal de profissional já mapeado e construído para facilitar a gestão e o atendimento da sua clientela. Objetiva-se através deste estudo criar uma ferramenta que possibilite aos gestores das instituições oferecedoras de cursos de treinamento e aperfeiçoamento profissional, mapear e construir um perfil de docência ideal. Para criação de tal perfil serão entrevistados docentes, coordenadores e técnicos de uma das instituições que fazem parte do Sistema S, o SENAC-SP, em duas unidades –Osasco e Santo André.
