Resumo: This research has as object of study the trajectory of schooling of five teachers from the lower classes, from the beginning of their trajectories in Basic Education to the entry into the Professional Master's course, which are the reasons and factors that led them to graduate. With such purposes, this research seeks to answer an apparently simple but quite profound and complex question, namely: what were the social elements that allowed them to create the conditions to reach the Professional Master's degree? The general objective of the research is to identify, from the sociological portraits, what were the reasons that led them to enter the master's course, the factors that determined this choice, seeking to understand the points that enabled them to succeed in academic life in the face of their trajectories . Thus, the specific objective that is to analyze the family, school, social, professional and academic trajectories of teachers, verifying what motivated them in their choices. The methodology used in the research is based on the Sociological Portraits, developed through the studies of Lahire (2004), as it provided the composition of the sociological portraits. To give theoretical support to the research, authors such as Bernard Lahire (2004) and Pierre Bourdieu (2002) were selected. At the end of the production of this research and the writing of this work, we felt contemplated with the results achieved, since the analysis of the life trajectories of the women surveyed far exceeded our expectations, in the sense of what we could find in view of the singularities of each one of them , in addition to the unique opportunity and experience that the route traced throughout the itinerary of the master's degree provided. Taking up what was mentioned at the beginning and based on the theoretical proposal of the authors used, we show how much our trajectories are the result of economic, cultural, social conditions and also of the actions of people who form a collective - more or less rationalized - and that give us the possibilities for us to reach the social places that we arrived at.

Con tales propósitos, esta investigación busca dar respuesta a una pregunta aparentemente simple pero bastante profunda y compleja, a saber: ¿cuáles fueron los elementos sociales que les permitieron crear las condiciones para alcanzar el título de Maestría Profesional? El objetivo general de la investigación es identificar, a partir de los retratos sociológicos, cuáles fueron las razones que los llevaron a ingresar a la maestría, los factores que determinaron esta elección, buscando comprender los puntos que les permitieron triunfar en la vida académica frente a sus trayectorias. . Así, el objetivo específico que es analizar las trayectorias familiares, escolares, sociales, profesionales y académicas de los docentes, verificando qué los motivó en sus elecciones. La metodología utilizada en la investigación se basa en los Retratos Sociológicos, desarrollados a través de los estudios de Lahire (2004), ya que proporcionó la composición de los retratos sociológicos. Para dar soporte teórico a la investigación, se seleccionaron autores como Bernard Lahire (2004) y Pierre Bourdieu (2002). Al final de la producción de esta investigación y la redacción de este trabajo, nos sentimos contemplados con los resultados alcanzados, ya que el análisis de las trayectorias de vida de las mujeres encuestadas superó con creces nuestras expectativas, en el sentido de lo que pudimos encontrar ante las singularidades de cada una de ellas. , además de la oportunidad y experiencia única que la ruta trazó a lo largo del itinerario del máster aportado. Retomando lo mencionado al principio y con base en la propuesta teórica de los autores utilizados, mostramos en qué medida nuestras trayectorias son el resultado de las condiciones económicas, culturales, sociales y también de las acciones de personas que forman un colectivo --más o menos racionalizado-- y que nos entregan las posibilidades para nosotros de llegar a los lugares sociales a los que llegamos.Essa pesquisa tem por objeto de estudo a trajetória de escolarização de cinco professoras oriundas das camadas populares, desde o início de suas trajetórias na Educação Básica até o ingresso no curso de Mestrado Profissional, quais os motivos e fatores que as conduziram à pós-graduação. Com tais propósitos, esta pesquisa busca responder a uma questão aparentemente simples mas bastante profunda e complexa, a saber: quais foram os elementos sociais que lhes permitiram criar as condições para chegarem até o Mestrado Profissional? O objetivo geral da pesquisa é identificar, a partir dos retratos sociológicos, quais os motivos que as levaram ao ingresso no curso de mestrado, os fatores que determinaram essa escolha, buscando compreender os pontos que lhes possibilitaram o sucesso na vida acadêmica diante de suas trajetórias. Assim, o objetivo específico que é analisar a trajetória familiar, escolar, social, profissional e acadêmica das professoras, verificando o que as motivou em suas escolhas. A metodologia utilizada na pesquisa tem por base os Retratos Sociológicos, desenvolvida por meio dos estudos de Lahire (2004), pois forneceu a composição dos retratos sociológicos. Para dar sustentação teórica à pesquisa, foram selecionados autores como Bernard Lahire (2004) e Pierre Bourdieu (2002). Ao finalizar a produção dessa pesquisa e a redação deste trabalho, sentimo-nos contemplados com os resultados alcançados, pois a análise das trajetórias de vida das mulheres pesquisadas superaram em muito nossas expectativas, no sentido do que poderíamos encontrar diante das singularidades de cada uma delas, além da oportunidade e da experiência ímpares que o percurso traçado durante todo o itinerário do mestrado proporcionou.
